Friday Night under the lights 5K

Friday Night under the lights 5K is aspiring club runners put on by Ben Noad (Highgate Harrier) former GB XC athlete who ran in 5 World XC's & also can 12th in the NCAA Div 1 XC, he also organisers various track & road races in London and Keith Scofield a coach & team manager for Hercules Wimbledon and who also organisers the UK Endurance Conference.

Both are passionate about increasing the standard of club athletics and seeing runners race each other to improve their PB's.
