Friday Night Under the Lights 5K is put on for aspiring club runners by Ben Noad (Highgate Harrier), a former GB XC athlete who ran in five World XCs and finished 12th in the NCAA Div 1 XC, and who also organises various track and road races in London; and Keith Scofield, a coach and team manager for Hercules Wimbledon, who also organises the UK Endurance Conference.
Both are passionate about increasing the standard of club athletics and seeing runners race each other to improve their PBs.
